Who I am

My name is Jimmy Warden, and I’m a licensed teacher, certified mindfulness meditation teacher, collegiate lacrosse coach, and former high school and middle school basketball coach.

What I do

I specialize in kind mind coaching.

As an educator, mindfulness practitioner, college lacrosse coach, high-school basketball coach, athlete, and lifelong observer of human behavior, I’ve learned one thing:

We humans, are unkind to ourselves. More specifically, we tend to believe all the automatic, negative, and anxiety-inducing thoughts that arise in our minds.

But through my coaching, my students and clients have had tremendous success in changing their relationship with negative thoughts, which alleviates over 25% of their self-induced anxiety and stress.

How I do it

Using my educational philosophy that no two learners are the same, my clients and I co-create a personalized mindfulness-based curriculum, along with daily check-ins and weekly coaching calls, to help them reach their mental health goals.
